Harwich took the lead in the 15th minute when they won a free kick which Archie Rogers glided into the net with a neat header.
The first half was evenly contested with Holland levelling the scores in the 35th minute.
Ten minutes into the second half, Harwich took the lead when Alex Pryke (pictured) scored from close range.
The Shrimpers were on top now with Pryke mounting piercing runs down the flank and, following pressure, he hammered home the third Harwich goal.
Midway through the half, Harwich widened the gap even further when Theo Stevenson-Miller came forward to head them into a 4-1 lead.
The Shrimpers were strong in defence when Holland attempted to reduce the arrears and in attack they came close to netting a 5th goal with an effort that struck the post and a shot the was kicked off the line.
