After three victories, the Shrimpers form dipped and although the match was close, Rovers claimed all three points.

Harwich started well and took the lead when Adam Hampson netted from close range. The Shrimpers were on top early on and had a couple more chances to go further ahead. Wormley came back to force corner kicks and from one of these equalised with a header. Harwich were slow starters in the second half with Rovers taking advantage to make the scoreline 2-1 in their favour. The Harwich management team changed their sides formation by bringing on Lewis Blanchett to back up lone striker Hampson. This move paid dividends with Blanchett using his skill and experience to hold the ball up. Hampson was fouled and Blanchett put Harwich level with a well taken penalty kick. It seemed that the Shrimpers would take home a point but in the closing minutes keeper Sam Felgate advanced from goal to conceed a penalty which Rovers tucked away to earn them victory.
Harwich team: Sam Felgate, Rory Harman, Hayden Dutch, Dan Cook, Nicky Palmer, Jake Plane, Connor McLaughlin, Jordan Brazatis, Ross Purll, Harrison Banner, Adam Hampson. Subs Used: Lewis Blanchett, Michael Schofield and Jamie Beecham.
Sean Bartlett was still away on teaching duties and Ryan McGibbon out injured.
