Arlesford Colne Rangers were good opposition in a competitive match that produced some good football.

Harwich announced the signing of youngster Harry Tuck after completing a successful trial period in the friendly the matches.
Harry's father Brendan was a star for the Shrimpers during a 5 year stay at the club in the 90's when he played under Managers Martin Head and Colin Hill. During that period Harwich won the Eastern Counties League Cup and finished 3rd in the Championship.
