HARWICH & PARKESTON OVERCOME DIFFICULTIES AND ENJOY PRE-SEASON DRAW WITH WITHAM
THE SHRIMPERS FOUND THEMSELVES IN A TRICKY SITUATION WITH COVID CONTACTS AWAY FROM THE CLUB RESULTING IN SEVERAL PLAYERS ISOLATING.
Michael Wallace and his Management Team did well to overcome these difficulties and assemble a squad who gave a good performance. Well done to Witham who were also well represented and provided a good match.
Harwich took a first half lead when their pressure resulted in Witham conceding an own goal. The match was end to end and entertaining and in the second half Witham equalised to ensure that honours were even at the close.
