HARWICH & PARKESTON LOSE DEFEATED BY COGGESHALL UNTED IN FRIENDLY

The visitors took an early lead but Harwich came back well and equalised with a good finish from Joe Knight with a well struck shot. However United regained the lead in an evenly contested first half. After the break Coggeshall got on top and added two more goals before Harry Miller brought Harwich back in the game to reduce the lead to 4-2. United were a smart outfit, speedy in attack, and a perfectly placed goal from a free kick gave Shrimpers keeper Sam Felgate no chance.
