Harwich turn on the style in the second half for a great victory

After a goal less first half, the Shrimpers hit top form to over power second placed University and maintain their own thrid spot.
For the opening 45 minutes the teams were locked in a goal less stalemate with scoring opportunities few and far between.
Harwich made the break through after 53 minutes when Robbie May's corner was headed on by Matt Stace and Ashley Wood placed his header out of the goalkeeper's reach. Five minutes later Darren Bethell celebrated his return to the Club with a cracking goal when he ran onto Luis Reynolds through pass. Harwich were well on top now playing excellent football and in the 78th minute Bethell set up John Stace and he took his chance well. University had wilted under the Shrimpers onslaught and when Michael Griggs fierce drive struck the crossbar, Bethell smartly followed up to head the fourth goal.
