Three points help Harwich in their bid to climb into the top half of the league table

Darren Bethell was in good form for Harwich and he gave them the lead in the 25th minute. The Shrimpers have been haunted by a series of penalty misses but when Robbie Marks was brought down Michael MacLachlan made no mistake with his spot kick.
After the half time interval Steve Olhampstead increased the Shrimpers lead to 3 goals. James Alliston reduced the arrears with a well placed shot but Harwich scored a fine fourth goal when Mark Palmer crossed for Tom Brannon to volley home. Hedinghams kept trying to play passing football and were rewarded when Danny Webb scored with a stunning shot from 30 yards.
