Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Harwich and Parkeston Football Club will take place in the social club on Monday September 14, 2026 at 7.30pm.

Nominations are required for the following posts:

President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and six Committee Members.

Please note that Tony Shaw, Abi Goodwin, Danny McLaughlin, Nick Race, Daniel Rogers and Gemma Harris were all elected for a period of two years at the 2025 AGM and will continue to serve unless standing down.

The following were elected for a period of two years in 2024 and their terms of office come to an end: Andy Taylor, Carl Allen, Tony Piper, Andy Carmichael, Mike Evans and Mark Young.

Nominations are to be submitted in writing or on the form available from the Club to the Secretary, Mr A M Schooler, at 21 The Vineway, Dovercourt, Harwich CO12 4AX, no later than Thursday September 10, 2026.

Any motions for discussion or notification of any other business should also reach the Secretary by Thursday September 10.
