Andrew Schooler17 Mar - 07:25

Chase Lane, Mayflower, All Saints' and St Joseph's all set to grace the Royal Oak on Saturday.

The Harwich Primary Schools’ League Finals will be staged on the Royal Oak this coming Saturday (March 21).
The area’s schools have been battling each other for finals spots in recent times and the finalists are now known.
The League B final will kick-off the day’s proceedings at 10am with All Saints’ taking on St Joseph’s.
The League A final, which sees reigning champions Chase Lane meet Mayflower, will follow at 11am.
Entrance is free and the matches usually attract a big crowd.
Those attending will be able to buy hot food and drinks from the tea hut – cash only please.
The club looks forward to welcoming the players and coaches from all four schools and hope everyone enjoys their day.
The Schools’ Finals form part of a busy day at the Royal Oak with the Harwich and Parkeston first team entertaining Woodford Town in an Essex Senior League match in the afternoon (kick-off 3pm).
There will be more schools’ football on the Oak later in the season.
The Finals of the Harwich Primary Schools Girls' League – now in its second year - are scheduled for Saturday April 18 (10am start), while the Fisherman’s Cup final will take place on Saturday May 9 (also 10am kick-off).
