THE SHRIMPERS' 2-1 VICTORY MEANT A FINAL PLACING OF 7TH IN THE LEAGUE TABLE WITH MORALE HIGH FOR THE NEXT CAMPAIGN

Harwich made a flying start to the match, scoring after only 28 seconds when a long ball from Shaun Kioussis found Alfie Canning who laid his pass back to Dan Keeble and his cross-shot went over the head of goalkeeper Chris Brazil and into the top corner of the net.
Parson Drove came back with a good effort the went just wide of the post and later their striker Jack Prentice's header produced a good save from Shrimpers keeper Brad Cook, who tipped the ball over the crossbar.
Twenty minutes had gone when Harwich's next opportunity came from Gareth Heath's corner kick but it was headed just past the post by Danny Garrad.
Harwich increased their lead in the 28th minute when Reece Harte played the ball out of defence to Heath whose through pass was perfect for Luke Mayhew to power into the net.
Parson Drove came back strongly and Cook saved a certain goal by diving to turn the ball around the post. A minute from half time Parson Drove came close with another shot which was just off target.
After the restart Drove's keeper Brazil was in action again making a diving save from Mayhew's shot and later keeping out Garrad's effort at the expense of a corner.
Harwich had a great chance of a third goal when Heath's clever pass set up Joe Knight but his shot went over the crossbar.
With 75 minutes gone Parson Drove reduced the arrears when Prentice out-jumped the Shrimpers' defence for his header to beat Cook.
Attacks were on top now with Harwich just unable to take advantage of two dangerous Heath corners and at the other end Cook making an excellent diving save at the foot of the post.
Parson Drove were lively and looking for an equaliser in the closing stages but the best chance was produced by Harwich when Ben Sargeant set up a one-on-one situation for Knight only for his shot to go agonisingly inches outside the post.
Harwich team: Brad Cook, Dan Keeble, Jack Wood, Shaun Kioussis, Reece Harte, Brandon Rusby, Gareth Heath, Liam White, Alfie Canning, Luke Mayhew and Danny Garrad. Substitutes: Joe Knight, Alfie Smith, Harry Tuck and Ben Sargeant
