H&PFC Annual General Meeting
Details as follows for the club AGM. All followers of the Shrimpers and club members are welcome.
Notice is hereby given that the 2018 Annual General Meeting will take place in the Club on Wednesday 26th September 2018 at 7.30 p.m.
Nominations are required for the following posts:
President, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Three Executive Committee Members, Football Committee Chairman and Eight Committee Members, Social Committee Chairman and Eight Committee Members.
Nominations are to be submitted in writing or on the form available from the Club to the Secretary Mr. A.M. Schooler at 21 The Vineway, Dovercourt, Harwich CO12 4AX no later than Monday 24th September 2018.
Any motions for discussion or notification of any other business should also reach the Secretary by Monday 24th September 2018
